Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
